Educational Qualification & GATE Paper Requirement
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline and must have appeared in the respective GATE examination.
- Architecture – Bachelor’s degree in Architecture + Registration with Council of Architecture.
- GATE Paper: AR (2023/2024/2025)
- Civil Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- GATE Paper: CE (2023/2024/2025)
- Electrical Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- GATE Paper: EE (2023/2024/2025)
- Electronics – B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical with specialization in Electronics.
- GATE Paper: EC (2023/2024/2025)
- Information Technology (IT) – B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics OR MCA.
- GATE Paper: CS (2023/2024/2025)
- Final year/semester students can also apply, provided they produce the final results during document verification.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Executives [Group B – E-1 level] in the pay scale:
- ₹40,000 – 1,40,000 (IDA)

Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting will be done on the basis of GATE scores (2023/2024/2025).
- Equal weightage will be given to all three GATE years.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Application Verification.
- Final merit will be prepared discipline-wise based on GATE score + eligibility verification.
👉 Special Note: Candidates selected for Junior Executive (Electronics) will undergo 6 months training and must execute a Surety Bond of ₹7 lakhs to serve AAI for at least 3 years after training.
