- Pay Scale: Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) in the pay matrix with admissible allowances

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure they meet all the eligibility conditions before applying:
Educational Qualification (Any one of the following):
- Diploma in Engineering in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Applications from a recognized University/Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science with Electronics / Computer Science / Physics / Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from a recognized University/Institute.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 27 years
- Age Relaxations:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- Departmental candidates (with 3+ years of continuous service in Govt.): Up to 40 years
- Widows/divorced/judicially separated women: UR – up to 35 years, OBC – up to 38 years, SC/ST – up to 40 years
- Ex-servicemen and Meritorious Sportspersons: As per Govt. rules

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:
Tier-I: Online Written Examination
- Type: Objective type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Marks: 100
- Subjects:
- General Mental Ability – 25%
- Technical subject (based on essential qualification) – 75%
- Negative Marking: 0.25 mark for each wrong answer
Tier-II: Skill Test
- Practical/technical test related to the job profile
- Marks: 30
Tier-III: Interview / Personality Test
- Marks: 20
Final Merit List will be prepared based on the combined performance in Tier-I, Tier-II, and Tier-III.
Examination Centres
The Tier-I exam will be conducted in multiple cities across India. Candidates can select five preferred exam cities at the time of application. IB reserves the right to change/cancel centres based on administrative feasibility.

Application Fee
The fee is divided into two parts:
- Examination Fee: ₹100/- (only for UR, EWS, and OBC male candidates)
- Recruitment Processing Charges: ₹550/- (for all candidates)
Total Payable:

- SC/ST/Female/Ex-Servicemen: ₹550/-
Mode of Payment:
- Online: Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI
- Offline: SBI challan (till 16th Sept 2025)

Service Liability
Candidates selected for this post will be liable to serve anywhere in India. Hence, applicants should be willing to accept an All India Service Liability.
