Vacancy Details – Punjab & Sind Bank Bharti 2025
Punjab & Sind Bank has released state-wise vacancies. Candidates can apply for only one state, and local language proficiency of that state is mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria
1. Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
- Minimum Age: 20 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years

- OBC (Non-creamy layer) – 3 years
- PwBD – 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen – 5 years
- 1984 Riot Affected Persons – 5 years
2. Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Candidate must possess valid degree/mark sheet at the time of registration.
3. Work Experience
- Minimum 18 months of work experience in officer cadre in any Public Sector Bank or Regional Rural Bank on a regular basis.
- Experience in NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Private Banks, Small Finance Banks, Payment Banks, or Fintechs will not be considered.
4. Local Language Proficiency
- Knowledge of reading, writing, and understanding the local language of the state applied for is mandatory.
- Candidates will be tested for local language skills during the selection process unless they already studied it as a subject in 10th/12th standard.
Salary and Pay Scale
- JMGS-I Officer: ₹48,480 – ₹85,920
- Selected candidates will receive initial scale + 3 increments.
- Additional increments for JAIIB and CAIIB qualifications.
- Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, HRA, CCA, Medical facilities, Leave Travel Concession, Pension & other perks as per bank rules.
Selection Process
The selection process for Punjab & Sind Bank Officer Recruitment 2025 consists of the following stages:
