Vacancy Details
The recruitment is being carried out for the post of Medical Officer (MBBS). The vacancies will be filled for both existing vacant positions and for positions that may become vacant in the near future under NHM.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidate must have passed MBBS from a recognized university.
- Must be registered with Gujarat Medical Council.
- Candidates with higher qualifications or relevant work experience in healthcare will be given preference.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit is 62 years (as per state norms).
Salary / Remuneration
- Selected candidates will receive a fixed salary of ₹75,000/- per month.
- No additional allowances or benefits will be provided apart from the consolidated pay.
Contract Period
- The appointment will be purely on a contract basis for 11 months.
- The contract may be extended or reduced depending on the requirements of the program and the availability of budget.
- If permanent employees are recruited by the Government during the contract period, the contractual appointment will be automatically terminated.
